Meet Amber Watson

Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Amber Watson loves to work with clients who want to intentionally change their health by working together to set boundaries and integrate new routines. She is passionate about helping her clients feel energized, confident, and strong AF both physically and mentally.

Amber is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and mom of 2 teen girls. She also holds an M.S. in Exercise Science. Her expertise lies in strength training, conditioning, mobility and movement, and habit formation. Amber has been coaching both in-person and online for 5 years and has worked with clients of all walks of life to see significant changes in their bodies, minds, and lives. In addition to coaching, Amber is also a competitive powerlifter.

After challenging years of beliefs about the need to be smaller and leaner, she found that strength training brought her joy and drive for bigger goals and allowed her to tap into her body's capabilities and potential.

Realizing that she felt empowered, healthier, and more confident, she made it her mission to help women see how strong they have truly been all along and she is passionate about helping others find health, strength, confidence, and positive body image.

Amber’s coaching style: Laid back and compassionate, but will hold you accountable!

She truly believes that no client should just be told what to do...but they should be educated along the way and should play the largest role in every decision.

She will help you set small goals that lead to conquering bigger ones, and simplify a process that may have once felt impossible to you. Amber offers plenty of encouragement and affirmation, but don't be fooled because she will also call you out when you need it!
