It can take weeks or even months to form good habits, and even longer to the break bad ones. A Black Hive Athletics Personal Trainer is your advocate, encouraging you to make better decisions. They help keep you on track to build new fitness and eating habits until the day that those habits become a part of your daily routine.
Typically, new trainees that want to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit range from 10-20 sessions. These sessions are $60 each and last about one hour. After finishing your foundational sessions, you can either choose to move into our group classes or continue personal training one-on-one with a highly-skilled, experienced Black Hive coach.
