Strict Handstand Push Ups
Round 1 = 1 Rep
Round 2 = 1 Rep, break, then 2 Reps
Round 3 = 1 Rep, break, then 2 Reps, break, then 3 Reps

Scoring – Example, if an athlete score is 8, then that means they got 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 all unbroken. If they for 8+6, then that means the did all of the required sets in the 8 round, plus 1,2,3 in the nine round
