We are a bit different than most gyms in Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Beach areas. We take each client under our wing making sure your fitness form is perfect and you move safely throughout the workouts before entering into group classes. After your initial assessment, we'll recommend the number of personal training sessions necessary to help meet your goal(s). Typically, new trainees range from 10-20 sessions. These sessions are $60 each and last about one hour. After finishing your foundational sessions, you can either choose to continue personal training for the one-on-one attention or move into our group classes.
