Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to get started with your personal coach. One of our professional coaches will take you through (10), one-hour one-on-one personal training sessions where you will learn all of the fundamentals to move safely through the classes. The package costs $60/Session and is paid up front ($600).

CrossFit has a large amount of complex yet functional movements, and we want to make sure that you don’t get hurt, and get in the best shape of your life. We will cover all of the gymnastics movements, including push-ups, box jumps, step ups, pull ups, and squats; as well as the Olympic lifting and powerlifting movements: deadlift, pressing overhead, squats, cleans, and snatches.

Most importantly, your coach will take you through all of the nutrition guidelines that will lead to an amazing lifestyle. We walk with you every step of the way and teach you all the major details that you need in order maximize your potential and get the results you need.

Once the coach feels comfortable enough to send you to classes, then we'll set you up with a class membership. Our prices range from $125 - $185 per month for group classes. We offer three times per week and Unlimited.
